The property has been renovated to a high standard. The out build of the living accommodation has been insulated and decorated. The whole of the outside of the property has been painted and a new wooden sunshade installed over the lower terrace, which has been newly paved and artificial grass laid. There is a new wooden car port and large storage out building of approximately 55 m2. The driveway has been part concreted and graveled. There are 3 separate entrances, so guests do not need to enter via the main living accommodation. There are 2 terraces, one at ground level, and one raised with a door to enter the rental accommodations. The property would be sold part furnished, to include furniture, linen and crockery/glasses etc required for the rentals.

The property is a total of 184 m2, with surrounding land of seven acres. This land has been cleared and is workable for outdoor activities such as archery, laser shooting or assault courses. The land has approximately 200 olives trees, which have been pruned, but there is currently no irrigation system installed. The house is on mains electricity and water, with a septic tank, this has been recently emptied, this is only required once every 2 years.

There is a 15 foot yurt on site and permissions to use the yurt for glamping are in process, with permission to add up to 4 more yurts on site.
